Acceptable Use Policy
Rules for safe, lawful, and authorized use of BuildPod OS.

Lawful and authorized use
BuildPod OS may be used only for lawful business purposes by authorized users. Customers and users must have authority to upload data, invite users, assign roles, and use information in the service.
Prohibited conduct
- No unlawful use or violation of third-party rights.
- No unauthorized access, security probing, credential abuse, or attempts to bypass permissions, roles, billing restrictions, or entitlement limits.
- No malware, harmful code, or interference with service integrity.
- No scraping, excessive load, automated abuse, or use that degrades the service.
- No harassment, abusive content, threats, rights violations, or harmful content.
- No uploading data without authority or using BuildPod OS to store inappropriate sensitive data outside reviewed workflows.
- No reverse engineering, copying, or competitive misuse of BuildPod OS except where law expressly permits.
- No misuse of AI/ATLAS or attempts to cause harmful, unlawful, deceptive, or unauthorized outputs.
Safety-critical reliance and human review
BuildPod OS and ATLAS features must not be used as a substitute for human review in safety-critical, legal, payroll, tax, accounting, insurance, or compliance decisions.
Enforcement rights
BuildPod LLC may investigate suspected violations and may limit, suspend, or terminate access where needed to protect the service, customers, users, infrastructure, or legal rights.
