Company/workspace and operational data

Customers and authorized users may enter company/workspace data, job data, operations data, staging data, inventory data, workforce data, asset data, maintenance data, proof data, notes, checklists, documents, assignments, statuses, and related operational records.

Files, photos, media, uploads, and imports

BuildPod OS may receive files, photos, media, documents, spreadsheets, exports, historical records, or other uploads/imports when customers or authorized users provide them. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have authority to upload or import that information.

Device, log, and usage data

BuildPod LLC may collect technical information such as IP address, device/browser type, operating system, timestamps, pages viewed, referring pages, feature usage, diagnostic logs, error logs, and security or performance data.

Cookies and analytics

BuildPod websites and services may use essential cookies, hosting/security/session technologies, and, if enabled later, analytics or marketing cookies. The Cookie Policy provides more detail.

Payment and billing data

Payment and billing information may be handled by payment processors when paid billing is enabled. BuildPod LLC does not need to store full payment card details directly when a processor is used.

BuildPod LLC may share information with service providers/subprocessors, business systems, payment processors, hosting providers, infrastructure providers, AI providers when enabled, professional advisors, legal authorities when required, and within a customer organization according to owner/admin settings.

Organization owner/admin visibility and worker privacy

Information entered into a customer organization may be visible to organization owners, admins, managers, or other authorized roles. Workers and invited users should understand that operational activity within a customer workspace may be reviewed by that customer organization according to its policies.

Customer responsibility for third-party information

Customers are responsible for information they enter about workers, customers, vendors, subcontractors, or other third parties and for providing any notices or obtaining any permissions required for their use of BuildPod OS.

Data retention, deletion, and export

BuildPod LLC retains information as needed to provide the service, support customers, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain business records. Customers may request deletion or export of data by contacting em@buildpodllc.com, subject to identity, authority, technical, legal, and contractual limits.

Security measures

BuildPod LLC uses reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate for the stage and nature of the service. No service can be guaranteed secure, and customers share responsibility for access controls, account security, role assignment, and data they choose to enter.

International users and US privacy rights

BuildPod LLC is based in the United States. International access may involve processing in the United States or other locations where providers operate. US privacy rights may vary by state and circumstance; requests may be sent to em@buildpodllc.com.

Children’s privacy, third-party links, and changes

BuildPod OS is not directed to children. The service may link to third-party websites or services. BuildPod LLC may update this Privacy Policy as the service evolves, and updates will be posted with an effective date.
