Beta / Founding Operator Terms
Terms for BuildPod OS pilot, beta, and Founding Operator access.
Pilot and beta nature
Founding Operator and beta access may include incomplete, changing, experimental, limited, or preview functionality. Access may be limited, modified, paused, or revoked based on product needs, support capacity, misuse, business fit, or security concerns.
No automatic paid conversion
Pilot or beta access will not automatically become paid billing unless explicitly confirmed in writing or through a clear platform flow. Target commercial dates, roadmap expectations, or feature plans are targets, not guarantees.
Feedback license and confidentiality
Customers and users may provide feedback, suggestions, and operational context. BuildPod LLC may use feedback without restriction to improve BuildPod OS. Certain beta features, workflows, or roadmap details may be confidential if identified as non-public.
Data handling, support, and termination
Beta data is handled according to applicable privacy and data terms. Support expectations may vary during pilot access. Either party may end pilot access, subject to any written agreement.
