Migration & Import Terms
Terms for optional self-serve and assisted data migration or import into BuildPod OS.
Optional migrations and source data responsibility
Migration and import are optional. Customers are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, legality, authority, and quality of source data, files, spreadsheets, exports, photos, and historical records.
Self-serve limitations and dry-run review
Self-serve migration may have limits and may require dry-run review before apply where implemented. Customers must verify imported data before relying on it operationally.
Sensitive data and raw files
Unsupported sensitive finance, payroll, HR, medical, or regulated data should not be imported unless explicitly reviewed and agreed. Customers remain responsible for raw files and for removing data that should not be uploaded.
Scanning, accuracy, and reconstruction limits
File scanning and validation capabilities may be limited until scanning is live or enabled. BuildPod LLC does not guarantee perfect import, cleanup, mapping, or historical reconstruction.
Migration entitlement and white-glove services
Migration may be tied to entitlement, tier, usage limits, or paid add-on concepts. White-glove migration is separate and governed by written scope or professional services terms.
