Quote-based services and scope of work
Professional services, implementation assistance, configuration, training, and white-glove migration are quote-based and require written scope of work, order, or other written agreement.
Customer cooperation and data quality
Services depend on customer cooperation, timely access, accurate source data, responsive review, and availability of knowledgeable customer personnel. Poor source data may limit results.
Exclusions and advisory boundaries
Unless expressly included in writing, services exclude legal, accounting, payroll, tax, insurance, safety certification, and regulated compliance advice. BuildPod LLC does not guarantee perfect cleanup, import, mapping, or operational reconstruction.
Fees, scheduling, cancellation, and acceptance
Fees, payment terms, scheduling, cancellation, rescheduling, review, and acceptance are governed by the written scope. Delays caused by missing customer inputs may affect timelines.
